There are moments in our lives that impact us for years and decades to come. Becoming a parent or welcoming a new little babe are those types of moments, as are the paths to conception and also the journey surrounding pregnancy loss. How we are treated during these seasons of life will and do have an impact on each one of us and often in different ways.
My focus as a birthworker is to help you have a positive experience prenatally, during labor, birth, and postpartum. I provide gender-affirming perinatal support for pregnant people throughout the Wilmington area. I share fact-based information with clients so that they can make informed decisions about their care and that of their babe. I am passionate about every individual’s right to informed consent, informed refusal, and the options they have regarding every aspect of their care. Each pregnant person’s vision for their pregnancy, labor, birth, and transition to parenthood differs. No matter what your vision may be, as a childbirth educator and doula, I am there to unconditionally support you in your journey.
